Its a total gimmick and the quality's just mediocre. But! Who cares? Its handy and looks designer-ish. Most probably gonna get the Flip UltraHD.
A lil comparison if you wanna get one too. (UltraHD vs MinoHD. There's the normal Ultra and Mino ones too. I'm not considering those though.)

-Runs on AA batteries. Good because its cheap, or you can get the re-chargeable ones.

-Easy-press buttons.
-HD television-only connection. It doesnt really matter because most tv now are HD tv.
-Non-customizable. I guess you could bling it up yourself if you want to.
-The video and audio quality are much better than MinoHD

-Runs on litium-ion batteries. Its sealed in like an ipod so you cant have any spares.
-2hrs of battery life. So when it runs outta juice you got to go back to your computer or find a power source to charge it.

-Takes up to 60mins of videos.(4GB internal memory)
-1.5" LCD screen.
-Slim,sexy and light. Weighing 3.3 oz
-Touch-sensitive buttons.

-It comes free with the design of your choice.
-The video quality is alright, but the sound is not as good as UltraHD.
So, end of my lil review. Most probably gonna get the UltraHD. Mayb by the time I've saved enough money. A new generation of FlipCams will be out. lol. So, we'll see. It'll be the my first camcorder. HD camcorder. A friggin pocket size HD camcorder! WOOTS!!
