training was a nightmare today..
after running round the two sch(pri & sec)
had to shoot 30 shots in 12mins..
every shot left is 10 push up and every shot thats out of the black is 2 push up..
sianz.. ended up doing like 70 over push up cause one guy.. was left with 11 shots when the time was up.. coach gave us a discount..
after training.. renee had to go to work.. then june nv come.. shemaine had to go home..
left with me only.. took coach bus to j8.. and had lunch with keith,darren and abel..
ya.. i'm the only girl..
oh.. and i saw ying ying..
how cool.. shes still shorter than me.. hah..run too much mayb
after lunch met up with mel,grey,geraint,louis and jun hao..
went ice skating at jurong east.. quite boring.. grey and mel fell.. haha..
when we got to the first floor.. mel wanted to buy ice cream.. so she went off to mac..
then grey sugested that we play a prank on her..
while shes buying ics cream.. we ran up to the 2nd floor..
bout 2 mins later..she called grey..
grey:huh?(act dumb) we at the first floor..just now there
mel:(donnoe say wat)
grey:there we behind you......cannot see meh?
lj(to grey): is she wearing her spects??
grey:hahaha.. li jing ask you if u r wearing ur spects..
mel:(donnoe say wat)
grey(to us):huh..tell her la..she say she wan to go home..
grey(to the phone): ok la..we playing with you only.. we at 2nd floor..

lj: when she come up the escalator we go down
and thats wat happened.. haha..
then after that.. went bishan park to skate..
guys didn't wan to skate.. 8bucks per hr..so ex
and their skate is like..............
louis paid mel 4bucks to skate for 10mins..rite.. haha..
after that the guys had to go
before that go..
louis:i think she(mel) will fall 2 times..that one(gracia) will fall 3 times then her(me)... [pause]..
i don think she will fall
hah..quite true.. grey fell 5 times mel fell 4 times i think and i did not fall at all.. hah..
how 'pro' can i get?? ol..
met up with my mum later at bishan park..to eat at the organic restaurant..
drank mushroom soup(tasteless) and ate tom yam beehooooon...so big plate..
all vegies somemore.. drank this fruity juice..
mango + carrot=$7.80
wth.. when they plant the fruits..they water them with bird nest or wat??
watever...
then went hospital..AGAIN.. to see my uncle..
i never like hospital.. don like the smell.. got the medcine smell. yuck..pui..
